All retainers require a four-month minimum engagement, with six months recommended for sustainable impact and measurable results.
Most organizations find that six months allows us to fully implement, test, and refine systems for long-term success.▸ When should I renew or extend my retainer?
Retainers should be renewed or rebooked by Month 3 to guarantee continued availability.

To reserve a date, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.
The balance is due 7 days prior to the event, and travel costs (if applicable) are billed at actual expense.

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date incur a 5% late fee.
Ongoing late payments may result in paused services until your balance is resolved.▸ Can we prepay or bundle services?
Yes — clients who prepay four or six months receive a 10% discount.

Yes — we understand funding cycles and grant timelines can vary.
We’ll work with your team to align payments with budget disbursements or board schedules whenever possible. -
▸ How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking engagements 4–6 weeks in advance.
Priority scheduling is given to ongoing retainers, returning clients, and multi-service partnerships.▸ Are your services available nationwide?
Yes — we serve organizations across the U.S., both virtually and in-person.
Virtual sessions are highly effective and offered at a reduced rate.
Travel fees apply for on-site engagements outside the Charlotte, NC region. -
